Only the freshest giant grasshoppers are selected, cleaned, cooked, and tossed in Thai herbs (lemon grass, lime leaf, galigale and garlic). A little salt and soy sauce has been added before being dehydrated.

Packed in special foil pouches with oxygen absorbers. Shelf life 1 year.
